The objective of the programme is to enhance interaction between businesses and research and knowledge-dissemination organisations and to make higher education institutions more open to cooperation with the business sector.
This aid programme aims to establish partnerships between small and medium-sized enterprises and research and knowledge-dissemination organisations with a view to transferring knowledge, related technologies and skills to which the enterprises do not have access.
